The alveolar bone (the bone that surrounds and supports your teeth) exists for one reason: to hold teeth. When a tooth is removed, the bone no longer receives chewing stimulation. How the Preservation Procedure Works

- Matrix Placement: We firmly pack the empty socket with a sterile, biocompatible bone grafting material. This material acts as a placeholder and a scaffold for your own bone cells.
- Collagen Membrane Seal: Gum tissue grows much faster than bone. To prevent the gums from growing down into the socket and ruining the graft, we place a specialized, resorbable collagen membrane over the opening.
- Precision Suturing: The site is secured with micro-sutures to hold the membrane in place and protect the graft while it integrates with your natural jawbone over the next few months.
